2009 "Builder of the Year" Award from the Builders Association of Greater Boston

Felecia Elias is a licensed MA builder and real estate broker with a broad range of experience in construction and real estate finance, development, asset management, and construction project management.  Felecia won the “2009 Builder of the Year” Award from the Builders Association of Greater Boston.


She is a LEED AP and has obtained the CGP (Certified Green Building Professional) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.  She is a member of the MA Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and serves on the Sustainability Committee of the Builders Association of Greater Boston.  She is the MA Delegate to the LEED Northeast Regional Task Force for the creation of the new “LEED for Neighborhood Development” certification and is a past member of the Conservation/Wetlands Protection Committee for the town of North Andover, MA.


Felecia is the 2nd Vice President of the Builders Association of Greater Boston and has served three terms on the Board of Directors..  She is a past Associate Vice President on the Executive Committee and at present, is the Association’s Strategic Plan Implementation Director and Co-Chair of the 2010 PRISM Committee. She is also a member of the Home Builders Association of MA and the National Association of Home Builders where she served on the International Housing Committee.


Felecia is a graduate of Phillips Academy and the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Econometric Modeling and Regional Planning.  She is fluent in Spanish, German, and Portuguese, with some knowledge of Italian and Arabic.  She was a member of Lt. Governor Cellucci’s 1995 Trade Mission to South America where she launched a construction product exporting business.
